I can't speak for all but for me but I just like to be referred to as what I want, I met a couple people over Xbox and they only knew me as 'Leatherface' because I never gave them anything to off of and just played as Leatherface, because I wanted them to. I assume this would apply to others as well.
You know, I did just start playing Genshin impact, and the other day, the teenage cashier at Whataburger accidentally gave me a free apple pie. I'm thinking it's a sign.
in fps psychologically when players see a small target like a female there brain instinctively says small target make more precise aimed shots there was studies done on this too. this is what a lot of players bet on in fps. your eyes plays tricks on you
I am biologically male and identify as non-binary, but i chose female charters most of the time as they tend to have more androgynous features and options for customizations, plus it just feels right to me. edit: also i am not sure how anyone would call the beginner outfit in FF14 ugly
Agreed, that’s why I’m happy that recent character creators use body types and pronouns instead of simply asking for a gender and only providing feminine or masculine options, it allows people to create a femboy or tomboy or androgynous
honestly for me, its was a form of exposure therapy. considering i don't leave the house i live in due to social anxiety (caused buy my 8 1/2 month-long recovery from being hospitalized) along with the fact i don't have any friends and i'm so terrified of the world outside from the internet (due to the sh*t on social media), whenever i saw an attractive woman (weather from a video or game) my emotions and hormones would go f***ing ballistic and i couldn't think straight. despite my rejections to "adult content" i'm still genetically male so its nearly impossible fight how i'm programed, i began playing as female characters to get used to seeing attractive females so my brain wouldn't be reduced to monke whenever i see it elsewhere and it worked! its not the quote "best" solution but for now it works. it also allowed me to watch vtubers and enjoy the person behind the computer and not the model on screen.
I also buy a lot of Mountain Dew Game Fuel whenever those come out. I remember when Halo Reach first came out and I collected all the bottles featuring each member of Noble Team.
I recently got the Genshin Impact meal from McDonald's and the food itself was good, especially liked the apple pie. I didn't receive my code for the glider and such till 24+ hours later but I had to turn on email notifications in the app and everyone else was having similar problems so I didn't feel alone there.
