When I include movie scenes in my videos, it helps the original creators introduce their work to new viewers. Viewers often want to watch the entire movie, which benefits the creators.
Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act of 1976, the purposes of "fair use" include criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, education, and research.
It might have left some stuff out, but based on the way this looks, that hearing is going to be in front of the same judge. Which isn't going to do much. Just like when you say a judge needs to excuse themselves for conflict of interest, they're the ones who decide if they have a conflict. And if you appeal it, you appeal it to that same judge.
everyone saying "this is how you do it" are the same ones that told the troops to demand a court martial.. hahaha. They end up trading in some extra duty and a fine for hard labor.
Yes, how those people got to be a judge like this one whether it’s affirmative action or quotes or any number of she should never ever have been allowed behind this bench and had a hammer in her hand no gavel, she probably cheated on the test anyway the bar exam
I just love watching him!!! Especially seeing how he reacts to his difficulties, I'm also autistic and I wish people would understand me when I have these... Freakouts... 😅 There are things that are too complex.
When she told Shaun "My ADHD gives me a perspective too" and that he can "Go back to wearing scrubs", he should've filed for retaliation and discrimination.
The problem here is that as a doctor who knows what he/she is doing, you don't ask questions like a programmed robot. Instead, you ask them with precision. What i mean by that is you leave out the unnecessary ones even though the rules require them. Rules are usually guidelines for you to follow when you don't know what is it exactly that you are doing. Here, after looking at her symptoms, the questions about being a smoker and diabetes should have had slightly less priority as stroke isn't that difficult to detect. First, she should have ruled out wether there was a stroke and then ask for other things like being a smoker or having diabetes since then you know how serious the situation is and what's at stake. Also you would first need to do a CT scan to differ between ischemic or hemorrhagic. Although, both types have different symptoms like hemorrhagic ones cause severe headaches but still you could have a headache in ischemic one because of some other reason and then if you treat it like hemorrhagic, the patient might become brain damaged or may die.
Underpay me I'll send an anonymous tip that you cheated on the test so they make you retake it then when you fail or get a lower score you will be kicked out for cheating.
