I wish we could extend ours 😢 thats amazing you get to do that! Our preceptorship is so different in the UK - we are on preceptorship up to 12 months BUT we are on our own 🙃 we have a thing called supernumerary where we aren't on our own but thats onky 2 weeks!! After 2 weeks in our job we are on our own! Our preceptorship means that we have someonw to go to to ask questions and get skills signed off etc but the only time we arent alone is just 2 weeks 🙃 I start my job in 11 days and im TERRIFIED 😭😭😭
Ohh ... so it is different over there. I think I just got extended coz I don't have much experience' and I graduated 15 years ago 🤭 . But I think new grads here normally gets 6 to 12 weeks. It is terrifying faye... like I can't imagine myself working alone' and you know how crazy it is at bedside... 😢' can't wait for your other vlogs about your experience update... and im hoping I could share more of mine too!❤

I love hearing that your confident with the assessments! I am doing bedside assessment this week during our skills/lab. Any tips? Also you are doing great! I love seeing your progress! I also learned how to do care plans in school today so I will doing 1000 of them soon!
