Can you create options like Zapier in Capri. For example, Summarize Text with chat gpt, or Classify Text with ChatGPT. And then Add/Update Custom Filelds based on the User's response. For example, if a lead is only asking questions or doesn't seem intrested, classify them as Cold leads. If someone is showing an intent of booking an appt, classify them as Hot. This way, it'll be 10X more useful!
Also, the link created a tutorial, but it was terrible. The screen was so blurry you couldn't see it. He says to create a webhook, but you have no idea where he is actually at to create that webhook. I need another tutorial just to learn how to look at this software because he does such a terrible job. And again, the Program offered by Billy jean?? Non existent i guess

Hi im wondering if we can now use Workflow automations and webhooks to do this same process within our agency subaccount. Seems like it has all of the features. Only thing i noticed was you mentioned it should parse as json. I know that even premium webhook does not allow json header. Would this be an issue or can you just run it as form?
Is there an update version of this? it looks like the Marketplace changed and now I no longer receive outbound information. I tried editing the app (adding a trigger and an outbound message webhook) but it doesn't do anything. It was working fine until a couple of weeks ago.

Whatever you do don't use Capri here is why. 1. Fallback, the AI has some in-built system that is supposed to recognize spammers and stop replying to them, however, what it does is stops talking to your customers time and time again. which means the bot is horribly buggy. 2 The bot is limited to a knowledge base of 30 lines on a Google sheet. the bot skips lines in the knowledge base and finally Capri has no customer service. I have contacted them multiple times to inform them about these issues and they just referred me to their useless user guide. I'm a paying customer, don't be like me I've already lost multiple clients because of them.
