I would like to know if this robot is good for vacuuming and mopping cracks in tile floors. My entire house is made of tile floors and I bought a super expensive Roborock S8 Pro Ultra and it did not vacuum well inside the joints of the floor and it also did not mop dry stains such as coffee, etc. well.
How Can you Get the robot to higher the airstream ? One of my 3 robots does not hoover /suck with the same strength as it usedvanlig to do. Is there a good idea to make machine do a better job?
So sad that Roborock made a stupid decision to adopt dual rollers permanent on S8 an others. Worse for hard floors. Less efficient/less battery life/louder.. Have you even looked under ? the rollers are tilted up. It sucks from the middle with big forming gaps. And not even close to the floor..
One thing they could improve is transition to carpets. When it runs balanced mode it takes a couple of seconds before it boost up the sucktion. Then some times miss dirt where the carpet line goes.
I don't recommend rinsing the filter. Getting it wet will only cement the fine particles onto the filter media. You should blow it clean with compressed air.
Thanks for the tutorial. One tip from my side: be 100 percent sure that the filter is really dry after rinsing. Inserted mine after 1 day, seemed not to be totally dry and that killed my s7 😂
Why are all eufy 8 pros videos sponsored by eufy? No real independent ones. Having said that, I did order one from Amazon knowing they have a 30 day return if not satisfied to try. The specs seem good.
I need to clean the Air vent. It's full of dust. I cleaned the hole in the dust bin area but how to clean the "inside" part, we can see a grid from the outside were it's written "vibra rise". Thank you
Mine can be used both bagged and bagless. Installing the damn thing was confusing because instructions showed the bagless system and then instructed to also put the bag in.
Mr Josh Tunell, Many thanks for your detail video which has been a great help. Can you please help with a problem others may also have faced? Cleaning stuck up hair at the roller's axles is daunting. Because, taking out the grey twist-off cap on the right hand side is tricky. At times, twisting it off doesn't work and when I tried too hard, the black part of the assembly (supposedly attached to the grey twist off cap), separated from the grey cap. When that happens, it's darn difficult to figure out how to reassemble the black piece into the grey twist off cap, and put them back into the roller. THAT IS REALLY MY PROBLEM. After it happened the first time, I ordered another roller kit. It happened again: I was careful in removing the grey twist off cap but it just it wouldn't budge. A little extra force, again it separated out the black part of the assembly. Tried to push the black piece into the twist off cap from the inside - doesn't work, because some notches prevent the hard plastic from the inside to allow the black piece's orientation to go through. I have watched your video frame by frame - at 1:09 there's no way that orientation allows the black plastic piece and the twist off cap can be together. Perhaps, there's some simply way to resolve this problem, please let me know: If while twisting off grey cap the black piece separates, how the heck does one reassemble the roller. My apologies if this is a stupid question. I am at a loss here, any insight will be appreciated. But again, many thanks for a video which has overall been immensely helpful.
Dude's missed the point but yeah, here's the explanation for magsafe part of the title. The cable connector still exists and now the pods come with magnets in them which will help align the case to a magsafe wireless charger. So 'the new' is just some magnets for alignment, coz wireless charging was already possible without magnets.
What wonderfully demonstrated and explained instructions! Thank you so much for these; it’s good to be educated on how to maintain this expensive little lifesaver! I love mine - a later model, but anyway. Just awesome. Have a lovely day! 😊
This seems to be what I’ve been waiting for. Two problems I have with my Roomba S9 is that is doesn’t pick up hard dog food. The nuggets seem too big and it kicks them around. I’m wondering if the Max does a good job of picking larger things up, also small pieces of paper seem to stymie the S9. Also, along the rug edges debris seems to accumulate and not get picked up very well. It also gets stuck on my heat registers, so does the roborock go over registers without getting stuck? Thanks for this review
Great video. I gotta get to CES next year. Timing is just not great for me. Here is a question. Will the smaller version of the S8 dock that hooks up to your house"s plumbing have detergent injection as well?
I have cats at home, and my job keeps me away for 2 to 3 days. So the photo album feature is great so I can remotely check on the cats if anything may go wrong.
