As someone who is half white and half Mexican, you can be racist towards any race, even to white people. Society is trying way too HARD to not be racist towards black people by also being racist towards other races. Someone(who was black) actually said, "Kill all White people," and that somehow doesn't scream racism but not liking someone who happens to be black immediately makes you racist. People on Twitter even say that white people are heartless monsters that only care about animals. Of course, nobody cares unless it's about black people. First of all, saying black people can't be racist, is racist. And in that case, all minorities and marginalized people of any kind would fall under that category. So, in the US, only straight, white, US born, Christian, able-bodied, men can be racist. Not only *can* black people (like literally any people who exist) be racist, in the US, they are more racist towards certain minorities than any other racial group, even white people. But I guess Kayne, Mark Robinson, Louis Farrakhan, they aren't racist when they call for a total genocide of an entire race of people... no, according to this logic, they're just, too black for that. P.S. They aren't great towards the black community either.
