Spectacular performances and film! And these interviews as well! Fantastic! I went into this movie ice cold. I knew absolutely nothing about the plot and I must say I believe that everyone who hasn’t seen it should try to do likewise. Caution all your friends when introducing them to this masterpiece. They should not even read the synopsis on Peacock. Advise them to go in completely cold and I promise it will make the experience much more intense and intriguing. That was an awesome unexpected twist for me. Added bonus. Brilliant writing, acting and directing. Especially outstanding was Alisha Weir. I don’t give a sh!t about awards, but she deserves them all. Thank you for these wonderful interviews!!! Alisha and Melissa together like this is priceless! Loved and subbed. Thank you!
I have to say, it is funny that he complained about right wing misappropriation of Viking culture...... right winger LOOOVVE this movie 🤣😅. Especially on the far right, and by that i dont mean Nazi, i mean those who are Pagan and so forth, with a big spoon of authoritarianism
It's funny how we all grew up with Farscape, but at the same time we split into racists (disagreeers) and accepters (non-racists). You know, anything to do with racism is just dirty politics that you don't have to accept. Because it is a fact that wherever there is a large influx of foreigners, the crime rating becomes double. So stigmatization is just a trick. This is a political maneuver. It is a way of presenting the non-consent as a demon and a villain. While in reality these are completely normal people who have their right to live their lives in their own way and their own way does not ever include the acceptance of a huge mass of foreigners, often illegal immigrants from criminal contingents. This is exactly why Donald Trump will win this year's presidential election. People just want the old days when life was peaceful and there were no liberals constantly telling people how to live their lives. I decide who I want to live around me and who I don't. Still, Farscape is a wonderful thing. I just love Jim Henson. Racists are not racists, they are free people. Everything is on top. It was great to have Ben Browder. Great to see him after all these years.
You guys deserve at least another two or three more seasons - it finished far too soon... there's so much more story to tell. I so much looked forward to another episode every week - I loved this show.
Sly was and is the role model of the ages , gotta love a fighter in the 70’s to still fighting in 2020,s , just saw Jelly Roll show up , how great was that for a kid from Antioch Tennessee, way to go , Roll
This movie was awesome and actually had a good plot which is missing in a lot of action movies today. The military guy was able to show his strength but not in the typical fashion usually seen on screen. Watch the movie!!!
There really wasn't anyone else that could have directed this movie with the amazing talent pool at hand. Kubrick had his quirks and his way of doing things, and his cast rose to the occasion. Kubrick was raw and rough at times by all accounts, but he got the job done in a gritty, raunchy in your face sort of way that is rare in directors. He's what James Cameron always wanted to be but has never been able to achieve.
Saw it on a flight back from Europe this week. Really brilliant work, great acting and crisp screen play. The duality of it--adressing dementia while weaving in an aspect of murder mystery story telling--was masterful.
