i can do it anymore. i wake up with a smile to make other people think im happy. but only i know the truth. i'm in a room full of people screaming my head off and no one even realizes. the sad thing is that im reminded of how i feel every time i get dressed. i see the scars from the cuts that have been made. and now its time to stop.

I am almost 100% sure that I have depression, but I don’t know how to ask for help. I don’t want my parents to worry about me because they don’t deserve to have such a burden on their hands. when you’re drowning you don’t actually inhale until right before you black out. It’s called voluntary apnea. No matter how much you’re freaking out, the instinct to not let any water in is so strong that you won’t open your mouth until you feel like your heads actually exploding. Then when you finally do let it in that’s when it stops hurting. It’s not scary anymore, it’s actually kind of peaceful.

I've had my suicide note in my wallet for about 4 months now, ik it's selfish, ik it's wrong. But when I think about it I feel at peace like finally everything will be okay. No more voices no more memories no more nightmares just nothing and that brings me peace. I'm sorry momma
