The Waiting Room is a series of in-depth interviews I’ve conducted with some truly extraordinary people over the past two years.

An amazing collection of humans - from celebrity names to people with no public profile - have shared with me their incredible personal stories of survival, heartbreak, challenge and triumph. Covering childhood bullying, depression and mental health, sexual abuse, and recovery from illnesses such as cancer - these in-depth interviews are confronting, uncomfortable, relatable, humanising and, ultimately, unforgettable.

And of course, as a Doctor myself, we all talk about how the brilliant NHS has touched these people’s lives and what it means to them.
