@sashikalarajaram Tampa is relatively affordable , its all depends on the individuals.. if kids wants to go to 5 day private day care then it would be very costlier we need to earn more than 150k Otherwise 120k minimum required And again its very subjective

Super video, also if they added a data showing how many percentage of people actuall live with this 50/30/20 earnings. My guess would be less than 5%. In most CA cities family income come 250+k. Not even 10% people are paid that much. So most of people live pay check to pay check or they own house 100%. In that case they do not have mortgage or rent. My friend who is living in USA for the past 20 years, he was making 100k , 15 years back. Those days decent house price was 200-250k. Now he earns 150k-175k. But a decent house costs 1 million. House price / rent increases 5x times but the salary did not even go up 2x.
San Antonio is a cool place to live. I've been here past 15 years. Stressfree life, affordable cost of living...traffic less, commuting is easy from point to point ... most Desi people on H1 work for USAA client through tcs/hcl... Kinda gov job, these folks work just 2 to 3 hrs per day hardly.. that too remote work off late..
