Well for big brother in Japanese it can either be Ani (兄), Onii-chan (お兄ちゃん) , or Nii-san (兄さん). For elder brother (I don't know what the difference between Big brother and Elder brother is, but trust me) in Japanese can either be Aniki (兄貴), Jikkei (実兄), Sonkei (尊兄), or Kakei (家兄).
