Agree, as said in the video the market is returning to a more normal and supply is going up, prices are still unaffordable with a 4% interest rate, the sub 4% mortgages were pulled within days, and swap rates are rising again so i can't see any 'cheap' rates being available for the foreseeable which can only lead to further decline in house prices.
