Why can’t you go a step future and use a solution to dissolve the carbon out of the tailings after the full process of carbon capture is completed. It would be a carbon sink and a big business. If possible

What's the catalyst for this beyond a seven year hold waiting for operations to start? What's an investor scenario for faster returns?
This company has an unbelievable leverage to nickel prices because of the size of their deposit. Therefore, rising nickel prices would make the stock go absolutely crazy as project NPV explodes upward. Many institutions forecast that nickel prices will indeed rise, due to the sharply increased demand from both battery electrification and stainless steel.
@@waxseawan I agree about the company being levered to nickel prices but ultimately, they will either have to generate the require financial resources to pull it from the ground, sell a stake to an entity with those resources or be bought out by such an entity.
@@thinkingaboutit2738 That is correct. Either of those alternatives will likely benefit shareholders. Meanwhile, large gains can be made in the stock if nickel prices rise above 10 USD/lb. At these market cap levels, and with cash in the bank, the upside is larger than the downside.

Depending on how the EV owner charges their car they are keeping anywhere from 5 to 10 metric tons of carbon emissions out of our atmosphere every year. I'm all for what you guys are doing to create a zero carbon business, but to claim EVs aren't doing anything toward reducing carbon emissions is not entirely true despite the high emissions from the curent mining operations.
