Looking at the windsock it seems to be nil wind, maybe even tailwind at times. This is a good average of how difficult even these modern competition gliders are to land with grace. Yes, some bad form or maybe fatigue going on, but if you get tail wind on start or landing, you are basically fu**ed. If you stick it, you are determined, lucky and/or skilled. I own a LaMouette Topless and a WW T2. The Topless lands fast with a rather narrow flare window (the timing when you push the nose up and stall the glider at the end). The T2 is easier. Beginner and intermediate wings are much more relaxed. If you fly on the coast, you have a steady breeze. Easy.
wind sock is showing 3knts at 1:43 and showing 7knts at 7:10 . if you can carry your aircraft over your should 7knts is not an unsubstantial amount of wind.
Cmoon dude how can u blame the guys that was there for you. By looking at the gras just before u take off it looks like you had a sidewind. That;s not a good condition to take of is it. However as many people said before in here "you are the pilot and u make the decisions" so stop complaining about the people who were there.
