It looks nice but has too many weird parts on the lower like the slidecatch or safety that can't be easily replaced(AAP01 is fully compatible with G18 hammer internals and have tons of aftermarket parts) (I know, stock AAP01 sucks but its one of the best airsoft pistol platforms, fully CTM its a beast)
The aap-01 also has parts that are "weird", the safety bar on a normal aap-01 is not easily replaceable as well as the slidecatch on the normal aap-01. CTM is a garbage company, stay away from them
Nice vidéo thank you!! I just bought the same gun but no orange tip here… mine shoots low at 3-5m tests. Hop up as no effect so short… does your shoot low?
the video quality is so low on this video im struggling hard trying to follow any of this. I wish i noticed how poorly this was recorded my first time i watched. Im glad he's making the content and putting it out there, Its just not helpful for someone like me who actually needs to clearly see the details on the parts. I would not recommend this video to anyone who doesnt already know how to do this.
If you are taking the replica apart and putting it back together at the same time as me, you should be able to see the part details in your hand and follow along. I just record this on my old gopro and post it for free because nobody else did, I don't have the budget to buy a nice camera and lighting and stuff like that to see the tiny details on parts. But maybe I'm just used to not clearly seeing things and I don't notice it's hard to follow; when I first started airsoft, all the tech videos out there were 480p and you had to reference the parts in your hand not the parts in the video
@@Wyhaq guess I've been spoiled by high bit rates. I did mention that I'm glad people like you are making content because it's super important for the community. I am greatful regardless because you have put that content out for people like me! I managed to figure it out after a while but having things in detail on camera is how I find myself able to learn and do things better, I'm very anxious so when I can't see things in detail as I'm doing it I find it much harder to follow on a video reather than doing it myself.
Great video! What is the factory oem inner barrel length? If I want the inner barrel to line up flush with the outter barrel, what length would that be?
Hey man. Im thinking of buying a AAP-01c because newer, beter quality/reliability apparently, but there are like 0 videos showing upgrades on them. But many online posts claiming parts between it and the original AAP are incompatible. I really wanna buy a charging handle upgrade, but there are almost none out there, and no videos showing it. I see you got one for yours though. Can you please make a video or explain where you got it from, and how/if its dif from the original. Its alot of money for me, and i prefer the c's design, but if it's so much worse i wont get it. For content to make, guides on upgrades and some key things to note about compatibility would be REALLY GOOD, because there are literally none out there. You would be a massive help, and be the first.
Hello from Germany. 🤘🏼🤓 I use my AAP01 with an HPA adapter and would like to play it with 0.5 joules, can I do that with this variant? I would be very grateful for your help
how is that little extra peice supposed to be installed? the one that fell out when you opened the stock chamber,I was having hop issues so i changed bucking and cant figure out how its supposed to sit. or if i have it in correctly anyway.
how do you take the pin off? i been trying to push it out and it hasn’t worked, it’s hard to tell how to take it out since you did it off camera. Thanks!
