How do you know if the motor is bad or if it's seized brackets? Mine is in the down position. I was able to manually push them up at one point but now they are stuck in the down position. Thanks...
Thank you so much (2018 Fusion)for the quick tip. I drive the highway a lot and wanted 6 flashes so I changed the value to “C” and it worked. Of course I already had the adapter and FORScan for previous mods. Awesome stuff!!!
gotta press and hold the traction control button until dsc turns off and then launch it with brake. that't activate launch feature mode on the msport package
Can you tune the car for catless downpipes with the jb4? I put downpipes on mine and it’s not running right, looking to get a tuner for it? Basically is there a map for downpipes?
So when you plug it back in, does it need to be in a specific location, or does the car automatically detect when it has reached upper or lower limit? Mine is down and won't go up, the gears in the motor are stripped, but even though it is down, the truck thinks it is up, and when I open the door, the motor tries to lower it and won't stop running.

Always when you replace a door from a different vehicle, you have to remove your original door panel to the new door then you wouldn’t have any issue with electrical
I just had my local shop put on a super 40 (flowmaster), with stock exit. I did put on a double tip on the end. He suggested to keep the resonator on for a week or so and see how i like it...damn,it sounds great with this set up. Very happy

I bought some Yitamotor running boards for my F250 in May of 2022 and they didn't last a year before they started to corrode. I live in the Midwest where we get some some snow (Kansas) and I wash my truck after the snow event is over. The end caps on these board are horrible. All the paint flaked off the end caps first (maybe aluminum?). I bought the set with the stainless treads and the fasteners that secure them to the top of the boards are rusting. I will not buy boards with the Yitamotor name on them again.
thanks for the info! just an fyi, the values stored in the modules (all of the module data) is Hexidecimal. If this was brought up in an earlier message, sorry for repeating. In hexidecimal, the digits run 0-F (with 0-9 just like base 10 and symbols A,B,C,D,E and F being 10,11,12,13,14,15 making the hex value 0-15 per digit)in each position whereas if they were stored decimally they would be 0-9 in each digit. In your example, the data type is a word (16 bits or more accurately 2 8 bit bytes) as 3c41. 3C represents 3x16+ C(12) which is 48+12 or 60 for the fronts and 41 which is 4x16 +1 or 65 for the rears. the calculator that comes with widows 2000 forward can be put into programming mode from its menu allowing you to enter a value in decimal and switch modes to see the hex value, and do math in hex too.
@@bme43713 if you want to represent 35 decimal as a hex value it is 23. It calculates as (2x16) + 3 which is 32+3 or 35. 35 decimal is 23 hexidecimal. If i read this wrong, and you want to know what 35 hexidecimal is in decimal then... (3x16) + 5 = 48+5 or 53decimal. 35 hexidecimal is 53 decimal. also if you see a value represented with an 0x preamble as in 0x23 it is a way to identify you are in the hex number scale. Sometimes it can be 23h too, same thing, it is identifying the number as hex. I hope this helps.

Where could I find a video of what numbers to change in forscan to fix the phone call issues because mine did not come with any and nothing on there website. So after instal I can’t here or talk to anyone neither with out CarPlay or using CarPlay.
