Hello , in 2022 I had a blind blockage of the spermatic cord. During the blockade I felt very severe pain. since then the testicle has been cut off. I don't feel a pulse in my cord. over time, the testicle shrinks. after two years, one third remained. the blood supply is from the seminal artery. I have terrible depression and dull pain. abdominal obesity appeared. Can testicular atrophy be extended in time? this has been going on for over two years. Regards andrej
I have suffered from chronic orchialgia for 35 years and have had a bilateral epididymectomy along with 2 different bilateral denervation surgeries…at 59 years old the pain is worse than ever…only thing that seems to make it somewhat tolerable is wearing jockstraps. The pain is incredibly depressing and it is so bad lately I vomit at times.
My right ball hurts man! It feel swollen on its own. Dont need to be touched tk feel pain. Just hurts nonstop. Only the right one. Wth is wrong with my little guy.
I am suffering from chronic testicular pain for past 4 months, did microsurgery for epididymitis and it just got the pain worse, now on lyrica and pain killers with no improvement. Life really sucks, did anyone do nerve block got pain relief, I can't think of doing a surgery again 😢

No it’s not the check engine light. You don’t have a clue if you’d be here or not due to a PSA test. Yours could have been an indolent tumor that never had to be removed. You probably got mutilated for nothing. 95% chance.

I had denervation of the spermatic cord done which worked for five years. Dr Fenig is the best. Pain came back and I had the cryoblation done. This did not work well. Eventually had testicle removed and am pain free.

My 17 year old son has been having constant testicular pain, in both testicles, for over a month now. After the first 3 weeks, he noticed a lump inside his Left testicle. The lump has since doubled in size. He has been to the hospital emergency room 7 times now. They have done blood work, urine tests, ultrasounds, cat scans, etc., all of which came back negative. They prescribed antibiotics, as a precaution, even though he had no infection. All it did was make him feel nauseated. He has no testicular torsion. As l mentioned previously, all tests came back negative. Now he says he gets a stinging pain in his anus when he poops. I don't know what to do. I scheduled an appointment with a pediatric urologist, a month ago, when he first got the pain. The day we were supposed to go, the urologist office called and cancelled his appointment because the doctor had to perform emergency surgery on another patient. I'm still waiting for the hospital to call me back and schedule another appointment. I'm open for any suggestions or ideas from anyone who could help me with this situation. I am desperate and feel helpless.

There is no informed consent to the PSA in the US. This test is practically forced on all US men over 50. Doctors don’t pay any attention to the guidelines. I’ve had to fire doctors over this, refuse to have any blood drawn for any reason because of this, and threaten doctors with lawsuits if they ran a PSA Test on me just to stop it from happening. This is immoral, unethical, unjust and illegal in all 50 States in the US. Yet doctors who think they are Gods just ignore mens choices and ignore the law. Don’t let them get away with this outrage!! Sue them!!! Report them to the local District Attorney’s Office for investigation and arrest. I never had a PSA Test and I never will and I’m 63.
Keep getting two lump swellings at the bottom.of both testicles more so at night. Going on 3 and half months. Ultrasound showed nothing just a tiny cyst but that's not whats causing it. Pain is Sharpe somtimes but dull mainly. When I get the swelling at the bottom they look like longgated testicles like my epididymal tail swells and gets longer. Had bloods taking no infection but may be chronic epididymitis. Anyone else have these symptoms?
@@tonioruiz8350 6 months now I still get the swelling but the pain has almost gone. I took lyrica 75m for a month and got rid of the pain..I'd recommend it. Also taking a blood tinder to.open up valves and create more blood flow this helped alot aswell..antibiotics did nothing for me
@@tonioruiz8350 ye it's weird...I we t to.2 Uroligist and 2 doctors, I had bloods taking and an ultrasound and they found nothing.. but yet I still get swelling of fluid at the bottom.of each testicles but its not a hydrocele. Nobody could figure it out. Yes dicter prescribed lyrca 75m ...it blocks out nerve pain from testicles which helps relax the area and for me stopped the pain even after I stopped taling them.. I used to get swelling everyday now I probley get it once a week
When I ger swelling it literally looks like a tumor growing at the bottom of my testicle stats there for a couple hours then goes away then back into.a nornal shape...I always thought it was a blackage my guess was blood backing up.being trapped but doctors said there was no blockage... good news is I know its not serious because you can't have anything for 6 months without getting worse if it was serious...anything that's serious yiu will tend to detriate. Iv just learn to live with abit of swelling
I've been dealing with testicular pain for long time. I know I don't have testicular torsion because the pain comes and goes, but recent years I moved on to something more severe and painful, Chronic Constipation. My constipation got soooo bad that my whole large colon was filled up by poop. the buildup poop got so hard that it blocked anything that needed to come out. I know it sounds nasty, but this is what i was dealing with since beginning of this year. All in all, I've been in the emergency room for the same problem over 8 times. every time I was told everything was fine and all tests were normal, and I should drink more water and increase eating food with fiber and stay away from red meat. To be honest I sort of lost my faith with so call doctors. I'm open to anything that can help me please give me feedback/ advice thanks.
Hey man, sorry to hear about that. I have been dealing with testicular pain for almost 2 years now. It has slowly gotten better as time went by, and the pain isn’t so bad anymore. At the beginning, there wouldn’t be a second I wasn’t in constant pain, and I had fallen into depression. All tests were normal, and I was too embarrassed to tell anyone - matter of fact no one still knows, not even my family. Hopefully it fades away completely over the next 6 months - 1 year. For your pain, search up “pelvic muscle pain testicles” and try those exercises, as it helped me. All the best man, hope you get better.

I have lump on my testical and it hurt but I kinda scared to go go check is that part of epididymitis and it had appeared out of no where just woke up in the morning and it hurt and the pump got big in a few hours and it appears the squishy part

If you happen to have a Long torso like me, the problem may originate from your lower lumbar spine and hips. If you exercise, make sure you abs are always engaged and when squating or lunging, make sure you’re pushing with your legs not your back. Acupuncture will help too. me too . urologist examine as epididymitis. as I can feel my epididymis swollen . antibiotics don't have effect. the pain come and go each tines last 2 months. u can fell lower abdomen pain too

Really appreciate all the information the comments have been sharing. Last year I had orchitis twice in a row in my right testi. Both times anti-biotics calmed it down. But after the first 6 months of recovery. I felt way better in a lot of ways, But I am left with a dull pain that comes and goes in my right testi and right groin area. I guess it’s from complications of the infections I’ve had.
