We are a group of friends that love to travel and have fun finding new adventures. We don’t always know what we will find, but for an adventure, we’ll “ALWAYS TAKE THE SCENIC ROUTE.” Come experience the adventure as we explore our home state of Florida, as well as locations throughout the US and WHO KNOWS WHERE ELSE!! We invite you to take the scenic route with us as we share our travel tips, cruising/land based adventures and PKAT short-stops that we find along the route!
For more information on any adventure you see, please contact us via PKATChat@gmail.com, we are eager and happy to answer questions.
Will be in Alaska begin of Sept but we don't have Skagway on our itinerary. Looking forward to seeing all the other sights. Did they not tell you to have your passports with you for the excursion? Seems like a cluster.
They did tell us we needed it when we booked our excursion, but in all the prepping in the theater while we were being organized into our groups, no one mentioned that we would need it before we got on the bus too…..We all assumed once we got to the border we’d have to take them out.
Great video folks, I really enjoyed it. New subscriber here for sure !!!! :) PS- I thought I was subscribed but I fixed it :)!! The view at 9:30 pm was awesome!!
Yeah. Technically, I’m sure you could book it directly with the company. It’s called Chukka Ocean Outpost. But we ended up booking through Royal Caribbean
This is such a great series! This looked like such an awesome day in Juneau! So awesome you saw a whale the with the first few minutes of your adventure. This whole video was so awesome.
Thanks for watching! Definitely would be a long haul for you... but still you live in another awesome travel destination! We hope to make it to you some day!!! Would LOVE to see local authentic steel drum bands!!!!
Everything we packed, we ended up, needing with the exception of the extra khaki shorts. I could’ve left them at home. And probably taken an additional flannel over shirt!
Have to agree..... we wanted to she the "Cover of National Geographic Breaches" but we had no luck. They said it is the juveniles that do that based on how many calories doing that burns!
Those whales?? What was that?? That’s my issue that I say a lot to ppl…… to me they are NOT breaching …… NOT EVEN CLOSE 😮😮😮🙄🙄🙄 I would not waste $$$$$ .
We were on the Cruise May 24 - May 31 - from what the locals said it was a late spring and unusually still cold with snow on the ground. September actually looks to be in the upper 50s normally... so really only a few degrees warmer than when we went. We were in the lower 50s upper 40s most of the trip.
