I don't think they have a case of negligence. The pt is prone to any infection given the current pt dx. How come the pt has PIV instead of Midline or PICC. I don't know what kind of IV meds she was receiving, I suspected a potent drugs that shouldn't been administered PIV, this could cause a potential for skin infection.
Interesting video actually the locals do know that there's certain streets that you don't go to here. And yes it's a misnomer they have somebody here who is part of that neighborhood that doesn't belong in Central City.
