Thanks for video. I had right knee replacement 4 months ago. My left knee took the brunt and although X-rays are good my pt says I have a tight latus vateralis which is causing my discomfort on non surgical knee. Usually it feels better the day he massages the area but I am going to try this. Do you recommend doing this daily
