For those who cant figure out the positioning of the piece, listen carefully at 15:15. Dont worry about how the piece is oriented in the back, you cant see it. Just get the metal part behind the assembly so you can thread the zipties thru the holes that he talks about. Do both it loosely at first then tighten. It will snug up into position. Note, i found it easier to remove the whole assembly from the seat, its only 3 bolts.
It was incredibly awkward trying to fit that piece in there, especially since you didnt really show how it fit in place. I ended up unzipping the back of the seatcover (you can see the zipper in your video) and then removing the 3 bolts holding the latching mechanism to the seat back, then disconnecting the pull cables. I took the whole assembly to my bench and then used thin but long (6 inch) zip ties loosely fit to thread thru the holes you described. Then took it back to the car and refit the pull cables. Then I tightened the zipties and reattached the latching mechanism to the seatback with the 3 bolts. Otherwise it was near impossible to get the cables back into the little slots...
You're not alone with your V4 problems. I had the same experience with the V4's as you did. I ordered a 3 pack. I tried 2 of them. Took forever to connect to WiFi. When it did work, all I got was a few still frames now and then. I was 10 feet from my access point. I even tried turning off my upgraded WiFi system, and then turning on the older built in WiFI from my AT&T gateway. Same results. I have 4 Wyze Pan V2's distributed all over my house that work flawlessly on either WiFi system. The only bright spot is, Wyze pays for the return shipping, which I am taking advantage of. I think they are trying to reduce the price point by sacrificing quality. I believe most people would pay a few more bucks for something that actually works reliably. To sum it up, the V4's are junk.
I went on a vacation for 7 days then when I went back, my car has tons of bird poop on it. I would have understood if the other cars has poop on it but im the only one. The other cars doesnt have any

Hi there ~ mine is Samsung RF4287HARS/XAA , French 4 doors. Just passed 10 yrs, no warranty, then happened same as yours. Fridge ok, but freezer and ice not working. It marks 59 F. Samsung technician came, but can’t find an issue. Another supposed to show up in few days, giving me an estimate $1150 🤯.. I did already many times unplugging, power freezing but no change. What is the problem??? There is no water on the coils, fans working fine.. Any suggestions? Thanks!!
How do it get the sensitivity to stay at #6. it says to test device by pressing the on/off button until you get to 0 than bark but when i do that it changes the sensitivity #to 8. What am i doing wrong
Dang. Someone must have tried to fix mine previously. The seat won't budge even with the latch completely clear of the hook. I'm glad it's worked for most people.
I've used this tutorial two or three times now (I don't change the inserts as frequently as you recommend -- so I always forget how to do it in the interim and need a refresher) on my 2014 Honda CR-V. Works every time!! Thanks so much for giving the part #s and for such a thorough, step-by-step video. You're more like AwesomeHamster! Thanks again! :)
Actually not that I know, only some pictures and video’s. When I plug in it keeps at the loading part, I have deleted and reinstalled the app but still the same it doesn’t go further than the loading part, I also downloaded the Iplugmate as mentioned in your video, but this app closes when I try to open it, can’t use it, 😣
I have only used mine very briefly on 3 occasions and now it's not taking charge and you can't change the battery. This is apparently a known issue with these. Had I known, I would not purchased this item. Do not buy this.
Don't buy these without the warranty. Had one for a year and a half then suddenly stopped working. Didn't notice until I opened it to get something and got slapped in the face with the smell of rotting food.
