Hi - what if the contact doesn't exist in your Hubspot contacts, how do I ask for the contacts name, surname and email address in order for HS to pick it up and create a contact, because I'm finding that my workflow doesn't want to flow unless this information is captured (which at the moment I'm doing manually)

Do you need to use Twilio or can you just setup a whatsapp Business account directly with Facebook? Can you share Step-Step on what is needed to achieve this?

Good video, but however if the Project manager doesn't have technical background it will be better if you could tell the advantages over the technologies it will be better.
