Hi🥰. The lemon juice helps prevent the banana from turning brown. If you will consume whatever you prepared within a day or two, or will not be bothered by discolouration, then it’s ok not to add the lemon juice. I hope this helps🤍
Hi besties❤ “LAVENDER/UBE TIRAMISU” is one of the pick me up desserts that you will love. Don’t be guilty if you will shy away from the Espresso kind because this one will also give you that comforting sweetness yet holding something back to not become overwhelming 🥰 . 💟 HOW TO MAKE💟 * In a bowl, beat 473ml 35% whipping cream ( I used @selection )while slowly adding 1/2 c granulated sugar & 1 tsp ube extract until stiff peaks forms * Add room temperature 275 gm Mascarpone (I used @TreStelle ) & beat it in until it’s well combined. Set aside * In a shallow bowl, mix 3/4 c cold milk of choice & 1 tsp ube extract or flavoring. Dip the ladyfingers both side but careful not to soak them ( I used @milano ) arrange them in an 8x8” square glass dish. * Then spread mascarpone mixture over the top of the lady fingers at least ysing half of the mixture. Repeat for another layer. * In a ziplock bag, mix 1/2 c dessicated coconut with few drops of ube extract until well colored. Sprinkle these on top of the tiramisu * Chill for at least 4 hours to overnight 💟ENJOY💟 . Hi besties❤ here is the recipe for this 1 MUNUTE CHOCOLATE BUNNY COOKIES “ 1 MINUTE Chocolate Bunny Cookies”. I don’t have that much time to spend baking to satisfy my cravings so here’s what I did🥰. . HOW I MADE THE COOKIES: 🍪 In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp honey, 5 tbsp ground oats (to give you a finer texture), 3 tbsp almond butter, 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder (I used @hersheys), 5 tbsp milk of choice until well blended. You can adjust the sweetness or bitterness as to your own preference. No strict measurements here🥰 only follow your ❤️’s desire. 🍪 You can mix the chocolate shavings in the batter or just place them on top of the cookies to decorate. I place them at the bottom of the molder so they’re on top when I unmold the cookies. 🍪 Transfer the mixture in a parchment lined, microwave safe container or silicone mold. 🍪 Microwave the mixture for 50-60 seconds. This will depend how thick your cookies are and the setting of the microwave. Besties you’ll never get wrong with the timer so don’t worry because everything is edible anyway. Add 5-10 minutes more if you want a harder cookie😉. Let them cool completely. 🍪🍪🍪ENJOY🍪🍪🍪 . YOU NEED 🧀🪤🥪🍞 * Sliced breads, sides removed, flatten * Dip in your milk of choice. Squeeze out excess milk. Form a ball. * Arrange in a baking pan or parchment lined pan * Brush with eggwash * Airfry @ 380F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from AF & set aside. * In a pot/pan, mix 1 c sugar (I used dark brown sugar hence darker colored breads), 1/3 c water & 1 tsp vanilla extract. Set heat to medium. Let boil for approximately 15 minutes, reduced & thick or until coat test achieved (dip a stick in the sugar mixture then dip in iced water, if a crack consistency results then it’s ready) * Dip, roll to coat each bread.
