I started taking one date (the fruit) a day and snacking on dried apricots for iron and it definitely helped much faster than MSM powder for me. The dates are really sweet to me, so I put them in smoothies with collagen and super greens with coconut water. As someone that used to faint frequently due to being anemic and i had no idea for years why a doctor recommended feroglobin. I don't take it as much as i should, haven't taken it over a year and i probably used it 4 times from my last bottle. I haven't fainted in over 3 years. I'm 27 now, it was recommended when i was 18. It has honey to help with the taste but it tastes like old zinc to me. I hate it.
Small thing I wanna say. Condition from tip to root. Your tips are the oldest and driest and need the most moisture and tlc. And I would recommend doing all your tips first. That way, the conditioner sits there the longest.
I got rid of mine I was very happy hoping I regulate back to normal I been on going three months my primary wasn’t happy either told her ob didn’t wanna take out.Hopefully I was wondering when did yours go back to normal because mines been very heavy sense June I got like may took out September good luck ladies ❤

If I read the instructions on the bottle right (I have used this product before) it says leave in for 45 min.... why did you prefer leaving it only for 20min?
Has anyone here with relaxed 4C hair experienced breakage using this product? I had to quite all the products I was using on my 4c natural hair shortly after I relaxed my hair because of the breakage i was experiencing...afterward the breakage stopped...now I can't figure out which product was causing it😢 and I'm afraid to reintroduce products like this deep conditioner to my hair...please advise
