I never understood why they were upset with her. Her abuser was killed giving her peace about never being hurt by him again. This goes way deeper than Gabby just being selfish. She was able to sleep because she no longer felt that threat . I get that the friend was going on trial but Bree could have stopped that at any time as well. She didn’t want to either. JMO
