Three is trapped inside the exit/jail. You can see it in the episode "Out of the blue" at the end when three js aggresively closed the door and there was screaming coming from the inside.

We don’t know much about Three but my theory is that in the Number Playground Chronicles, Three gets easily frustrated and fooming (whatever that means). One of the occasions is when he gets really impatient just because Five didn’t pick up the ball. After the incident happened, Three wanted to get revenge on Five but was caught by Four and put into the castles jail. He went crazy after those fifteen years of torment and is really done with everyone. So uh yeah, prediction yay.
In TPOT 11, at the end, when Purple Face was inside of the secret hallway from the Fourest's Castle, we can see in the opened cage a red hand that locked the door, if you look at the hand, you will notice that it had the same color as three, so maybe Three was inside of this cage and he wants to be alone. But I don't really know why Four locked him inside of the castle.
My theory is that one and three was also mad at four but one was cool after that but three didn't take it as a joke so three decide to steal every algebrslians power that why 5 6 7 8 9 10 14 15 doesn't have power because three stole there power three remember that x is always with four so he decide to team up with one but one didn't want to get revenge on four three got mad and lock one inside the moon three decide to fight alone with four and x after a while three was about kill four and x but two show up and shoot a laser at three and knock him out and four stand up and lock three inside the exit everyone thought two defeat three four,four said to two that he didn't need help and two said whatever and teleport and that cause four to hate two.
Also when you said that Three was inside of the EXIT, you may right because we see Three's hand in TPOT 11 that locked their cage. it was showed in the scene where Purple Face was inside of the Fourest's castle but maybe he didn't wants to do evil things because when he locked the door of his cage, it means that he wants to be alone.
I think all algebralians might have powers but they either didnt figure them out yet like 4, X, and 2, or they use it off camera. And one may have immunity to suffocation because they were in the M000000n unless they were there to 3-5 minutes
