Is there an option for bidding that is less than the 25% buyer's premium shown on Live Auctioneers, possibly a phone bid, or do you only use these online platforms?
All auctions are items sold as is, where is, without guarantee or warranty. All sales are final. There are no exchanges or returns. These items are estate items, downsizing, consignments and other. We do not own the items, we work on a commission. That being said we stand by our descriptions, and try to be as descriptive as possible. As a bidder we need you to present us with questions or concerns you may have regarding the item(s) of interest prior to auction. And we can address any concerns and/or send additional photos. We are open for preview Saturday prior to auction date from 9-12pm or by appointment. We you also view items in person. We bought this hot tub for 11k. WE picked it up on a flat bed trailer and did the install ourselves. So far so AWESOME! Down here in (the last vestige of Freedom) Florida we would have had to wait almost a year to get a Hot Springs for double the price. The Lounge is deep and great for husband and who's 6 '2.
