I have had a totally different experience....I am on well water and have the pre-filter installed before the softener as well. For the first two years it worked. I did the maintenance etc... Long story short, I am looking for other options because I am on the verge of having to purchase my second "Motor, Cam, and Gear Kit" for this unit!!! No real explanation has been given to me my Morton, other that new metal gears on the replacement, bla-bla. 1 year later with these new metal gears I am getting the same symptoms of water on the tank and water on the top of the motor in those white slotted cavities. I have also gone down into the softener (under the motor and cam) and cleaned out what are two more vital filters that clog if you have hard well water. Not sure what else to do....keep buying motors or try a different design...? Thanks for the video!
My boat was overheating so I took the thermostat out and started it without the top on and no water was circulating. It was bone dry. I just had the impeller replaced. Could it be the impeller again? I’m sort of at a loss
Great video. I'm not able to do this as I'm 75 and everything hurts to do this. Everybody I called wants $400+ to do it. I need to find a mechanic like you to do it for about $200 and I'll supply the sensor
This really helped me a lot. Seriously, thank you. Edit: I looked it up and you're supposed to thin it to the total mix. So if you've got 3oz of the epoxy and 1.5oz of the hardener, you add 4.5oz of acetone. I really can't wait to try this. I think I'll experiment with a few different ratios.
I just bought the new model a couple of days ago. I'm happy to report that the rear speakers are now Bluetooth connected as well as the subwoofer. They do have to be powered by a wall outlet. I don't have a Roku TV that turns on the speakers automatically, but when I do turn them on they seem to connect in about 2 to 5 seconds. I only paid $199 which I thought was a bargain. I'm still exploring its functionality.
OH MY, being an engine builder for over 35 years, DO NOT! follow this guys video. Yeah let pour 2 Table Spoons of sand in the motor. Seriously Take it to a machine shop and have the head milled and buy a real composite gasket. YIKES!!! very scary on You Tube. That head warped for a reason. Like severely overheated. Pretty hard to warp a cast iron head. Just FYI a long block 3.0L goes for $k now days. FYI they also used this engine in fork lifts and other industrial units. It first arrived in a 1962 Chevy 2origanlly designed for.
@@petestranc2051 I state I'm the beginning of the birthday this is no the correct way to fix it. Also my block is cracked from a previous owner which I'm pretty sure I also stated in the video. For someone who knows the engine will need replacement in the near future this is a possibility for a quick repair to finish out the year. If you don't agree with this method then don't do it. Your correct it's not a good idea but it worked for me and it's still running issue free. Can't make everyone happy
Great video...i just got my 3.0 back running after 1 1/2 years...first start up it was running crappy then it blew some insulation out the exhaust on the prob and i noticed water in the oil...do you think it was from the exhaust beinh plugged?

Where did you get the seat replacement wnd how much did it cost? The stock seat is fine but prolonged periods of riding just hurt my legs and butt because theres not enough cushion
@@Scratch-That91 well that can very from person to person due to your type of water and setting on the softener. I go through about 4 bags every 2 months give or take. I've never really paid close attention. Just buy it as I need it
Hi I have this model , and it won’t ark !!!😢 it turns on and push trigger and air turns on but no ark Any help would be appreciated Is there a tech support number for this unit I can’t find it . Things I tried ; Cleaned torch /ground / new consumables/ gauges/ air compressor and even trying in different outlets in garage Unit turns on and able to adjust dial and all that works no weired noise coming from machine Just pull trigger and air comes out but no ark Help
@@jazielmendoza2997 does the OC light turn on when you are trying to ark? If so it has an internal fault and needs to be returned. There is no tech support. Have you tried replacing the consumables?
Has anyone try to replace complete torch , thinking about getting a pilot arc torch. Any one else try replacing the complete torch gun and hose and connector
One other thing to check because I have been going crazy. Fridge has all the same problems but heater and thermister good. Make sure the water drain is not clogged. Seems like a no brainer but that was my issue
I bought a Peace Dove a year ago. The rear tire started going flat on day 1! In the beginning, it leaked air gradually, now it won’t hold air at all. I emailed the company, they told me to replace the tube, but I can’t figure out how to remove the tire. I can’t take it to the shop because it won’t fit in my car! It’s just sitting in my garage collecting dust and spiderwebs!
You the man! Thank you for your great tutorial. I put together nicely before installing it, but was confused on the front and you cleared that up. Then got to the last part, putting the top ski bar up and man I'm glad you showed that part because that's exactly what I was running into. It looks like you had to disconnect the rear legs to get it on property.
Great video. Although I have run into an issue. Now that I have replaced my sensor, the white tab is missing, so I'm not sure how to pull that sensor off now if needed. After replacing the oil pressure sensor, I did an oil change, and I had to replace my pcv valve hose as well. Now, while driving, my truck makes a "wet fart" sound when I stop accelerating. Any clues to why this is? Any help is much appreciated.
