7:02 my only concern is how you have the roof tilted inward on the left & right you don't want to have any water paddling in any valley. Then I see @ 8:09 you will have that one side separated so that is good.
Being so close to downtown rent is really high and they have other overhead to deal with and they are moderately priced especially if you have a discount card.

Great video! That TMNT carnival glass piece brings back so many memories of going to the carnival as a kid. I had a bunch of those prizes. They had all kinds of brands but that white paper cover with the gold outlining. Nostalgia.
