I am Caro, a Peruvian visual artist based in Upstate NY. I'm in love with planet earth and nature's intelligence. On this channel I share a bit about my art which is focused on exploring the plant and fungi kingdoms, my journey towards sustainable living, the importance to rest, to have daily routines, to take care of ourselves and our planet in order to stay creative and curious on life. 🤍🌿👁️✨🌈
This is a beautiful testimonial to the yoga practice. I have also been practicing every day for a few years now. The words you use to describe this experience is how I also feel. Thank you for sharing this beautiful part of yourself. Namaste.
This is amazing, I feel so happy for you. I’ve been following you since you started and I can remember you talking about wanting to be featured in a magazine, I’ve used that as an example to get my body of work more aligned to “what if a magazine art editor comes to my house and asks to see my work” “Do I have THAT work?” But… anyways, estoy, genuinamente feliz por ti, de verdad que me he emocionado mucho por ti. Felicidades, por tu published interview y por todo lo que haz logrado. Inspiras muchooooo ❤
I’ve been wanting to do just this for so long, and I don’t know what is stopping me to do it every morning. I’m kinda sad I don’t show up for my own self 😢
I enjoy your videos. I have 9 to 5 job but sometimes I take leaves and do nothing. Tender my plants , organize , declutter and flipping through old photos rejuvenate me .
I think what you said at the beginning helps me a lot.. that when i feel down, i try to embrace it as a natural state of the whole cycle of me.. sometimes i feel those low states as a defeat and that does not help at all. If i do not judge them and embrace them as i would winter, then something lets go and it becomes a journey. Music also helps me a lot! And embracing the more irrational side of me... i feel those low states in me are sometimes a rebellion against too much structure, or too rational digestion of things.. if i can let myslef to express a more irrational side of me in those moments.. then i feel they also teach me something.. otherwise i just stay in a state of freeze and depression...
Thanks for this info. Exercise is so important. An inspiration for me is @Doronyoga, an amazing teacher! See more: doronyoga.com/200-doron-yoga-teacher-training/
Hi Caro. Do you follow anyone in particular for yoga? Do you like Yoga with Adriene or Boho Beautiful? I’ve also recently discovered The Bare Female. ❤
Best motivasion when you promises not taking yourself to hell but to heaven after this life so makes suress heaven not hell on eternal life...i just remind you all that end of time is near prepared with do charity to your goodness in eternal life...
This is so aligned with a affirmation I heard today and that gave me a realization. It went like this: “may I be peaceful and at home in my life”. It may me realize that I have been way to laser focused on my inner peace and wellbeing that I haven’t connected to actually been home in my life. To recognize all the magic that is around me. Daily. And that in my laser focused state I was also not giving space or flow for life. I hope this maybe might help someone else also, to reset and get in the flow of things ✨
I relate to this love 🤍 small daily rituals and being in the beauty of the natural world are #1 and also sometimes giving space to just lean in. Like how can I have the best “in a rut” day ever lol and just go all in on the tired/rest/shifted down gear setting
@@felicitys8673 with a pin in the back :) I want to see two strings to the sides with the extra cloth I will cut from the bottom as it's to long for me!
@@delnorth thank you 💛 I've been using the same yoga clothes for ages! for a pair of athleta leggings when I won a giveaway back in 2017 which I still use very odteny, I have a pair of shorts & tops from organic basics which are what I mainly use (and I have a discount on their brand which I'll add here) and I was gifted by Lululemon a pair of their leggings! I also practice in pj's a lot :)
Thankyou for the share - in return I gift you this. Mind & BODY. My own personal documentary on the nervous system in a less scientific formula. Basic knowledge ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BZKO_rKbGcQ.htmlsi=m39W_aSoH1KlwzBl
hola caro muchísimas gracias x responder a mi pregunta 🩷 your story of you not giving up on your calling despite your mom’s difficult words (too relatable as a mexican artist jaja) really inspires me to continue what I’ve started - espero que sepas a cuánta gente tus videos inspiran 💝 saludos desde arizona 🌵
wow! so interesting! I have never heard of mushroom church. I really would have thought it a cult. I will look it up. Thanks again for a great video Caro!
@@ThePattiw hahaha it's just Tarun Nayar's idea of having gatherings inside churches in the ones he plays music made with plants and mushrooms and then other artists share a little bit on why they love mushrooms through reading, poetry, songs and more :) truly a ver fun experience!
