About Basking Ridge Presbyterian Church - We are a vibrant, warm, and welcoming community of faith. Those who worship here come from a diverse range of backgrounds, and would describe themselves in a rich variety of ways. We acknowledge our doubt, our struggles, and that we are all quite human and imperfect and that we are each at a unique place on our faith journey. We find our unity, our common identity, in Jesus Christ, and together seek to joyfully worship God and energetically minister to the needs of the world on God’s behalf.
A beautiful tradition. Going on for several decades. My neighbor Bob Verburg lead it for about 15 years and my Father, GEORGE Fricke lead it for 20 years. A really nice place and we were blessed to grow up there.
That was a GREAT show!! And it was well produced/directed Christmas play! The youth did a Great / Well Done show! And little Mary was so cute! I so feel uplifted because of it !!!
Just curious. A question. The PCUSA lost another 50,000+ members in 2022 and has done so for years. The total membership is now about 1.1 million. Will this Christian Church survive? What is being done to correct this yearly loss(any Evangelism)? Would appreciate an honest answer. Thank you.
Brother, Praise the Lord. This song is soulful. Thanks. From this day you will be in my daily prayers. I have been working for God in India since Nov 19, 2005. Please remember me in your daily prayers.
This is my favorite and most meaningful hymn. I am use to singing or listening to it with singing. I was blown a way with this presentation. Listening to the piano as a constant and the flute as it wandered with its special sound, gave me great pause to reflect on the meaning this hymn gives to me. It was beyond words for me to express the impact it had on me. I shall listen again, on days that I need to feel a closer connection with God, or feel such joy that I want to praise Him, or my doubts are weighing heavily on my mind. Such talented musicians gave me a wonderful uplifting experience. My heart is full, alluiah
I somehow sent this off before saying a big Amen. My name is Lynne Schneider from Philadelphia. Marianne's name comes up as I share her email. Blessings to all. Lynne
