The origins of today’s STADLER Anlagenbau GmbH date back to the 18th century. Today, just as it was back then, the company’s success is based on a philosophy of intrinsic values and mutual appreciation.
As a specialist in the area of the design, manufacturing, and assembly of automated sorting systems and machines for the recycling industry, the business is still family-run and is now in its seventh generation - with Willi Stadler at the helm.
With the requirements and demands of the customer in mind at all times, STADLER represents the highest “Made in Germany” quality combined with advanced engineering expertise. In all of this, STADLER relies on traditional values. Honesty and trust - these are what sets STADLER apart and are the foundations of its success, both past and future.

Dear Nicholas, thank you for your comment. The sprinklers were installed as a protection against fire. For any other question, please feel free to contact us!
Dear Mohammed, this STADLER plant sorts the material, to prepare it for the recycling process afterwards. Without a good sortation of the fractions, you can´t have a high quality recycled product, that is why it is so important to have a good functioning sorting plant and that is what STADLER is expert on. The output material is then sent to the recycling plant to start the life of a new product.

Dear Krisztián, yes, we have plants for the 100-150 t/d, but it depends on the material and on how many shifts the plant works with. If we have one shift (8 hours), we would have 12,5 or 18,75 to/h and this is very common by our plants, depending on the material. If you need any other information, please feel free to contact us on info@w-stadler.de
Dear so11nich, the conveyor works perfectly. Here what happens is that the very fine material accumulates on the edge of the conveyor. Everyday a little bit of this fine material stays on the edge, but it is always very little. If there are more than 5 cm of fine material on the edge, this one will be moved automatically with the central part.
Hello, thank you for your interest for our plants. This sorting plant has 3 lines of 30 t/h each, total of 90 t/h. If you have any other questions, please let us know.
