My name is Carol, I've been married to Thomas since 2005 and we have two wonderful, spirited, funny, beautiful girls. Melanie Beth is 16 and awesome, and Joanna Noelle is 10 and is just beginning to figure this world out. Joanna greets every day and person she meets with an infectious smile and wave hello.

So sorry for your loss Carol! When my grandparents passed away I kept thinking the same thing about time being so fleeting. It’s so hard to not have them here with us anymore. I still have a collage of my grandma as my ipad screensaver 7 years running. I just love seeing her smile every time I turn it on. May your memories of your grandma give you comfort.

I had no idea Walmart sold period underwear!!! I got to check my Walmart!! Delicious haul!! I just spent $390 on groceries today 🥵 man it’s rough out there!!!!!
Yes thats a lot of money processed food . To bring the the cost down you could of made yourself a better salads for you and the family for way cheaper. Please wish Mel good luck with her driving , im rooting for her.
Happy birthday to Thomas! Proud of you for going to Pilates anyway and recognizing the need. I’ve been aiming to move more lately since I have a desk job. I bought a walking pad (small version of treadmill) and set an hourly alarm to walk 5 minutes 12 times a day. It’s to keep the metabolism going and for other health benefits!

I think I’m entering perimenopause. I’m 50 but haven’t skipped a cycle yet, but have developed frozen shoulder. Menopause is an exact date of when you’ve gone 12 straight months without a period. After that date it is called post-menopause. I’m reading a new book called The New Menopause that has some great info!
