Thumbs Up Australia is dedicated to bringing you a fun, informative viewpoint of a family making the decision to touring Australia in a caravan. We will bring you all the fun, laughter and most probably all of the tears that come along with making this life changing decision.
Would be good to have prices as we are about to set off ; have watched a lot of you tubers and none tell you the full story of costs and value for money.
I grew up with Kelpies. Dad was a drover/jackeroo in the channel country, bred kelpies and trained them as working dogs. We always had 3 of our own that dad would use for work. I'm an old bloke now and my last kelpie was a blue heeler cross. He was quite a handful of energy.
LOVED THIS REVIEW. We just got a new 2.8T boat and we have a fully kitted ranger (check out our YT) but 35's big lift, heaps of stuff and it just struggles, went and looked at a 2021 RAM Express today, pretty confident we love it and I think its time to swap the ranger out! loved the viddeo guys:)
Hello. I hope all the family are well. We have missed your RU-vid videos especially van days, they always made us laugh. I hope all of your plans for your property are working out. All the best, take care.☀❤
Loved your reviews. Bridport is one of my all time favourite spots to stay. Spent many weeks there every summer with my grandparents in their caravan when I was young. Still love visiting there.
Travelled to Nambucca over Easter for the first time to deliver our caravan to it's new owners. Lovely little town, not too big and not too small. Had great weather. New to your channel. Good on you guys. The seafood in the restaurant on the beach was awesome by the way.
Once you go RAM….you’ll never drive anything else. The comfort level of RAM trucks is amazing. They can be thirsty….but they are so versatile. There should be a 4WD Auto button as well… but 2WD on road really helps gas mileage. So?…how do you like it now?
How to Caravan for Beginners. Hints and Tips. Places to see and things to do across Australia. Each video is authentic. Bryan and Karen have visited everything and place they share with the beginning caravaners. 30+ free videos - at this time! (If this changes, the video site will show any change before it happens. NEVER sell up to travel. At the very least, down size and rent your house out for income. NO ONE wants to be in a van if your crook and illness happens when you least expect it.
That was a shock title - was really worried for a second. So - you are going to make a Hipcamp gallery living in a $6k shed with an $8k ride on mower driving in circles around a big dam. 😂 Last year we downsized from an acreage but it has taken us nearly a year with another month to go to get everything together before we can start travelling again in the Desert Storm once it is delivered in April. Happy birthday Justine.🎉
Thankyou for sharing your experience on the road , I have enjoyed watching very much and you taught me a lot . Keep safe and the best of luck . Cheers Geoff 👍😀
Good on you for your decisions and we completely understand the reasoning behind your decisions . We could never caravan full time with no base to come back to when needed. But also we are much older than yourselves , live in Perth , but caravan frequently for a month or 6 months at a time but always good to come home . Have always said you should do your photos Tim professionally as they are just so good . Happy Birthday Justine , hope you enjoyed your day .
Happy Birthday! Sorry we didn’t spot you whilst you were in Tassie, hopefully we can pop into your new property and say hi when we start travelling the big island in a couple of years. Exciting times ahead for you all😊❤
Some great places. Our favourite is Island view Kinka beach at Yeppoon. Dog friendly, fantastic beach, family rum and operated, two pools including an adult only, causeway lake, Emu Park and just down the rd to the ferry to Great Keppel island which is dog friendly too.
We loved Tassie. We were there last Dec Jan for 5 1/2 weeks. Bruny was a special place. We had a few days before Christmas and Christmas Day on the island and left before the crazy rush that began on Boxing Day. Our weather was perfect even warm enough to have a dip at Adventure Bay and Cloudy Bay.
