I modified this by starting lying down next to the ball, always using 6 cones in the middle, and having players dribble back through everything to the very beginning and stopping the ball on the starting line. Try it and see how you like the difference. We use it as one technical assessment tool for our U17 Bundesliga team, pre and mid-season. If you want to make it really challenging (and fun), have players run through it a few times, then try it blind-folded! 🤣 Use a big grass field when you try this!
Whatever method you feel comfortable with and it can push you to a level that is challenging but still doable! If you can do the most advanced version. I would try doing sets of that one
