These programs should be illegal. The Insurance companies are double dipping. To make it worse, they are automatically attaching the vouchers to the formulary so when you order they get paid by the pharma company. They do this so then by say mid year when you run out of the voucher amount you have to start your deductible and out of pocket max from zero. So in essence they are not paying for anything until you have paid $10k in premiums, 9k paid from the Pharma company in vouchers and say $8000 of you paid in deductible and out of pocket max cost. It is a fucking travesty
