I am just a gamer who likes to play games & try to get a little bit better but generally I will most likely scrub out. I like to play card games & video games mainly Dragon Ball Super Card Game, Pokemon games & retro games (GameCube, Playstation, SNES era stuff).
Not a good video. Spends most of the time explaining the basic rules. Would not recommend - sorry. People have come here to learn about synergies... does not need to be a 38 min vid.
26:30 he had 4 damage on the base, you attack with Bodi for 3, that's 7 and then you attacked with Boba leader for 4 and that should be 11 not 10. At 29:50 he had 13 hp you attacked with Fetts Firespray for 5 and he should have 18 damage now (19 with damage from Boba). You would won after second attack of the Seventh fleet defender if he wasn't cheating
Enjoyed the content, commentary and the effort to splash cards on the screen for people like me to follow. The only negative is the way the blue/green player stacks his resources :D Subscribed!
No problem man, I watched the Clone Wars series for the first time properly a couple months ago & I'm hyped to see what we get from it in this set & which Characters get Leaders
@@ebonysoldier it does feel like that atm but like micahvisser3772 said, when set 3 comes out with Token Units, Moff Gideon gives a huge boost from that. Some Leaders don’t always shine on release but will then find their format later in the games life as more sets & mechanics come out
Stopped watching at 2:51 Couldn't see the cards that were played on the left due to the glare and the annoying person on the right with his cards. :( :( Shame as wanted to see how various people play Qi'ra.
@@Turtle_Commenter2099 you can pop that in but the issue is that it’ll cost 5 which for a 2/1 isn’t great even if he’ll counter the energy loss from Lando’s effect
@@jumbo2162 I totally missed that. I think my misplay hit me hard making me completely forget it only hits ground units. Cheers to pointing that out as it helps avoid that problem in future games like you said
Slight disagree that deck lists are the only thing people care about. I love the game play videos, but deck lists are definitely helpful to better understand the lines of play and to help provide context for what a deck is trying to do.
Very nice video, well edited and presented. Only thing I'd say is it would be cool if you either then walked through putting a deck together, or a part two where you've made it
Interested to know how No Good To Me Dead works. Would I be able to ready something using a card effect (like Motti) on the turn after the regroup phase or is the attached card hard exhausted for two turns?
The turn No Good to Me Dead is used, the card cannot ready no matter what. When it rolls around to the next turn, the effect of No Good to Me Dead is no longer in effect & the card can be readied so things like Motti can now ready it.
@@ScrubGamesDBS Thanks! I had a feeling that would be the way. The other cards are worded very specifically, so this one would seem odd if it wasn't mentioned. Looks like they were pulling a fast one on me at the last OP event.
From the set 3 spoilers we've seen, Moff Gideon might get a lot better with the Token Units, since they will be swinging much harder with Gideon deployed.

I appreciate that you don't give a deck list. Too many people want simply to be told what to do rather than to think things through themselves, but you offer ways of thinking about the cards and patterns of thought that will strengthen and enrich our deck-building skills. Give a man a fish, and he is fed for a day; teach a man to fish, and he is fed for a lifetime.
@@crimson90 cheer man, I really appreciate the feedback & that’s exactly my view with this series of vids. It’s way more impactful to help people build up their own skills that just had them a list they might not understand or know how to play well.
@@zors5188 that’s the thing, while not all leaders are amazing, people have their favourites with characters so it’s helpful for anyone who wants to try them out to have a guide to start them off & build up their own skills.
