Ola Tumza look man, if SARS request my outstanding returns of 2017 and my IRP5/IT3 information is missing on my efiling profile who to call from my Employors 1st Employer i worked from 4 July 2016 - 29 Sep 2017 2nd Employer i worked from 2 Oct 2017 - 30 Sep 2018 Who to call between the two Employers to inquire about the missing information?
Greetings, thanks for the message. You will need to contact the 1st employer for the 2017 and 2018 IRP5s and you will also need to contact your 2nd employer for the 2018 and 2019 IRP5s Because the tax year of assessment runs from 01 March to 28 February each year you will have multiple IRP5s for 2018 based on the info you provided above.
@@firstplacetv8483 All done and sorted Tumza Thank you. Last question. If my ITSA show balance -XXXXX.00 but the Account Balance on the home page show R0.00 what does that mean?
You mean auto assessed for 2024? You still need to submit the outstanding return. Note that you may incur admin penalties for the outstanding return so better to attend to that ASAP.
I was employed for 12 by my previous employer (Started 1st March 2023 until end of Feb). I have another employer now. Will my previous employer submit my IRP5 tax certificate?
I have been working with Company since 2016 January till April 2024,he don't want to give me IRP5, now I need your advice from you, please 🙏 what can I do
@@JohannesMasemola Thanks for the message. Do you know if the company is registered with SARS? Were statutory deductions withheld from your monthly salary?
What do i do if the IRP5 that shows on the SARS efilling website is from the previous employer and the new IRP 5 from the new employer doesnt show on the website? Changed jobs from July 2023
Thanks for the question. If you changed jobs in July 2023 then you will see the two IRP5s when you do the 2024 Year of Assessment return (29 Feb 2024). You will only see one IRP5 from the old employer on the 2023 Tax return (28 February 2023). Keep in mind the tax year for individuals runs from March to February in South Africa.
You will have to submit your tax return to find out if you owe SARS or they owe you. An IIRP5 summaries the taxes withheld by your employer during the tax year.
Findng new young potential cadres to continue the anti constitutional BBBEE KWOTA bussiness opertunities. Its rather dark in there, minirities are hard to spot. Go figure.
Thanks for the info'. If I may ask, is it possible to use you debt against your tax. e.g: If I have too much debt, can SARS be lenient/ merciful for me?
Thanks for the question, your chosen year end for the company may have an impact so it may be worth checking your compliance status once you are confirmed as a representative to be 100% certain.
I have registered a company but my challenge gets to where i register for csd it tells me that my tax references is not registered...what might be the problem and to register my company tax ref?
I only recently found this channel; why don't you guys publish more content? This is excellent advice that is really beneficial. Weekly content perhaps?

Thanx for the information Mr Makgakga sir.I have learned a lesson bases on that.My story is little bit painful.I was working at the bank, from 2010 until 2014,then 2015 SARS send me an sms saying I owe them a lot of money.Yhooo,I was shocked that how can it be?
Hi i have late submitting but they only paid one year out of the 5 years submission sending me only one penalty y how do i receive the other years ive applied but no penalty for the other years as yet should i wait or contact them?
Hi i would like to know hore as you said after the completion letter you can get the refund after 3 days of working business.I just got mine together with finalised letter of verification Assessment, but im still waiting what could possibly be a delay?
Please note that SARS has issued a notice/announcement that they are experiencing delays in the payout of refunds. It is possible that this could be the reason. Thanks.
Hi Tumelo, for some reason which I don't remember my 2019 returns were not submitted and I only managed to do them June 2022. I have refunds due to me but was never paid. Would you advise why is that so?
Hi is it possible that you work for 2 years and not get any Refund from SARS.. Called them and one consultant said yes it's possible if I was taxed correctly
Hi Tumelo thank you for the upload. However, may I ask, I filed early June 2022, obviously I had to wait for that 21 days I submitted the relevant documents. So, I can see that I have a refund due to me when I check my statement of account. But, I have been wait since, Friday the first of July 2022. I believe all my details (account details) are correct and documents submitted. And last year 2021 I was owing them R500, they deducted it this year. But, when will I get the remaining money?
Thanks for the message. Please note SARS has announced that they are experiencing delays in paying out refunds. Please stay tuned to any other updates on their official platforms. Thank you.
Thanks for the message. Please note that if your banking details have not been verified it may impact the processing of your refund. Please reach out should you require any assistance. Thank you.
Hi Abuti, thabks for the video. Very much informative. If I may ask, if I have 2 bank accounts, can I register the one my salary is not paid into on SARS? Stament of account shows that my refund was reversed due to bank details issues. Now I have changed bank accounts to the one I do not use for my salary and just wondering if its going to be an issue🤔
