I heard Tim Noakes saying "we started to eat carbohydrate 2 millions years ago after we had killed all the big animals that we were supposed to feed on because we were designed to feed on fat, " Such an ignorance in matter of paleontology and human physiology and evolution is not only comical but shocking. We were design to eat starch and carbohydrate from the start and we started to supplement on meat 3 millions ago, our far ancestor were strictly vegan, and our anatomy prove it.

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 8 years ago. I was given the usual talk about carbohydrates, sugar, etc. So I got on a very low carb diet. The symptoms got better. I had it under control, but I was miserable. Over time it became harder to control it -- the diabetes that is. And I felt worse. My cholesterol was going higher. All kinds of problems. Then I figured out that it's not carbohydrates. That's the problem. It's fat. I went on a very high carbohydrate vegan plant-based diet. My diabetes melted away and now I am completely cured. I've never felt better in my life. Never been in better shape in my whole life. Vegan whole food, plant-based diet. Lots and lots and lots of carbohydrates. All from whole foods.

My sister_in-law over twenty years vegan, her gums started to bleed and her teeth shifted into buck teeth. Her Husband, 50 years Vegan is over weight by 30 pounds hungry all the time , both have strip there teeth from drinking lemon water there all brown.. There dog shits green, and you can feel all the ribs and backbone, its so skinny begs for food all day, lost teeth not allowed to chew on bones.. Both are very mean to people who don't think and eat like them , they feel they have the rights like most vegans to tell you how to live....Yet ,they get there food shipped in from around the world ,were animals get wiped out for coconut products.. I eat local ,low carb , meat from cows raised in a pasture.. Don't need to eat an orange ,cabbage, I cup has enough vit C DR... Vegans say I don't eat meat that causes global warming , yet they get there food flown in from around the world and they have to take vit, in a plastic bottle that ends up in the garbage dump...I don't take one vit , and my sugar levels are great...

The Amino acid methionine, found in meat, speeds up aging, look it up. Also, Arachadonic acid (found in meat) increases inflammation! I've been vegan for the past 10 years and never felt healthier, no health/ weight issues whatsoever...
I’m not intolerant of carbs, not insulin resistant. I have lost weight on low fat and on low carb. I just prefer the keto lifestyle. I also avoid processed foods. Eat well most of the time. It’s so much easier on keto.
