Hello, my Label Printer has been randomly having a blinking red-light error within a second of starting my Label print, do you know how I can fix that error from happening!?!?
I have another issue. I finally got it to work and it was working perfectly fine for multiple days and I was able to print . Now all of a sudden my Chromebook isn’t detecting the printer when it’s plugged in. And my laptops usb port works perfectly fine.

Hi, the temperature of wax is unstable until it is completely melted, so it needs to be stirred to accelerate melting. Once fully melted, the temperature remains constant.

I got this as a gift and it won't show up on my pc. This is 4B-2054N it is coming up as generic and does not show up as a printer, it show up as a square box. the latest driver is from 2006. what am I doing wrong. I tried to click on support on your side to message you and it is not responding.

any time I have tried to print the label it is printing sideways on the printer. Like its in landscape and not portrait even though all settings are set for portrait.

Hi, 1) The most common reason is that the labels were loaded upside down. Please ensure your labels are correctly loaded and that the tearable side should be facing the ceiling when it comes out. 2) Label issues: This is a thermal label printer, please use "Direct Thermal" labels for printing. 3) The printer has not identified your label's properties. Please switch off the printer, press and hold the white button and restart the printer until it beeps three times to identify and calibrate your labels.
