Will all the plans print out. What I am asking can this model be built with basic tools? Or do parts have to be cut out on special computer controlled machines like the other plan.
Yes, the plans print out A4. You will need to have metalwork skills such as welding, threading, grinding, cutting, etc. You can make 100% of the machine without involving a CNC machine if you wish. However, some parts such as the router plate would be easier fabricated by CNC.
