Only thing I’d do differently is instead of oil use four. Then use oil to coat the bottom. The four and seasonings on the meat will create a fond on the bottom and it creates a deep flavor 😊
The meat is thin cut skirt stake and it has to be well cooked not rare. You forgot the salsa. The worst part of this video is the background music. You salsa music instead of Mexican music. Poor video and poor tacos cabron.
The only thing I’d do different is (and maybe you did but it wasn’t mentioned) make my simple sugar with sugar in the raw to give it that full body flavor.
