Absolutely useless in this game. Every radiant hero has aoe dmg and Legion's scales from amount of units in range. Vlad was bad, cos they have too many heroes to initiate into Chen, so click-and-forget items were best so far. Although his gameplay was a bit clunky to me. Miposhka, Fly and chinese guys play Chen much smoother
