Hi. Hoping someone can help with this. Where is the backup stored when you select the option on the Microsoft Authenticator app to backup to iCloud? When I search my iCloud I can’t see it anywhere? I want to validate a backup is actually saved. Many thanks.

but what do you do if you lose all your information on the authenticator app because you bout a new phone? When I try to logg in to my email i need to approve it on my authenticator app, but there is nothing to approve because I have changed phones and the information from the authenticator app form the old phone is lost forever. The new phone does not have it. how do I reset all this?

Make sure you allowed the connector to access your Google Account. You can try to remove the connector and start from the beginning. If you are migrating from Google Workspace, verify your account has been authorized by the Administrator to accept this type of connections. You may have restriction if you are trying to migrate from shared drives. Thank you.

Be aware that the admin account is part of a Microsoft 365 Business or School subscription. In this is your case or even for a Microsoft personal account, you may need to contact Microsoft support to request a MFA reset for your account.
si el mensaje te llega al momento de intentar ingresar a tu cuenta, lo puedes probar. No existe riesgo si el codigo que recibes no es el correcto. Saludos.
If you are using a hosting company for your website and emails, but then later started using MS Business 365 and added the MS records to the DNS ( I think that's correct phrase ), does that pull all historical emails across to MS Exchange Online ?
No, for the historical data, you need to migrate them by following the steps that are described in this video. The DNS records works for the domain verification (with MS) and to change the email flow from your old email provider to your MS 365 mailbox. Hope it helps, thanks.
@@itwithcarlos Excellent that makes sense. So I can't cancel my email hosting. Exchange doesn't actually host emails, it only looks at the email host using DNS records. So if I change email hosts, I would need to migrate emails from the existing email host to Exchange, disconnect DNS records from that existing email host, set up with new email host and add the MS DNS records to the new host.

Hola Omar, usualmente los servicios de correo que verifican DKIM rechazan los mensajes. Es posible que algunos servicios de correo utilizen DKIM para filtrar y enviar mensajes a la carpeta de spam, pero no puedo asegurar que se tu caso. Asegurate que tambien tienes configurado el SPF y el DMARC. Un elemento que hace que los correos sean visto como spam son los enlaces/URL e imagenes en la firma del enviador. Saludos.
que puedo hacer si no me sale como usted muestra, le envio y no llega , y eso de transferir no sale que puedo hacer por favor ??? y por que hay unos que no se dejan eliminar?
Debes tomar en cuenta que las cuentas de Google Workspace (de nogocios o colegios) no no permite transferir la propiedad de los archivos y carpetas a cuentas fuera de la organizacion. Adicionalmente el admnistrador puede haber configurado reglas o politicas que limitan algunas acciones. Saludos
yo quiero vender licencias de Microsoft 365, el cliente ya tiene su dominio, que necesito para vender la licencia, lo puedo hacer con mi correo de hotmail?
Hola Luis, para vender licencias de MS 365 tienes dos opciones, una es convertirte en partner de MS. La otra opcion es que lo hagas a traves de un reseller de MS 365. Un ejemplo de reseller que permite a otras personas reveender MS 365 es Sherweb.com. Saludos
Si el archivo lo tienes guardado localmente en tu computador, entonces puedes usar la opcion de subir (upload). Luego deberias poderlo compartir. Saludos.
Tienes que solicitar al administrador que reinice MFA para tu cuenta de MS 365 en el panel de admiistracion. Si tu eres el unico administrador, entonces debes contactar a soporte de MS.Saludos.
Despues de compartir y transferir la propiedad de las carpetas y archivos, el espacio cuenta para el nuevo propietario. Luego puedes removes el compartir con el antiguo propietario si no deseas que los archivos puedan ser vistos por el propietario original. Saludos.
Consulta! Si el propietario inicial me transfiere la titularidad de dueño de dicha carpeta y luego la borra, se me borra a mi tambien de mi propio drive? Siendo yo el nuevo dueño?
Hola, ten en cuenta que debe transferir la propiedad no solo de la carpeta sino de los archivos que se encuentran en ella. Luego de transferir la propiedad (de carpeta y archivos), el propietario original sigue teniendo acceso a la carpeta hasta tanto el nuevo propietario la deje de compartir. Esto significa que el propietario original la puede borrar y ninguna persona ya podra teber acceso (incluyendo el nuevo propietario. Dicho lo anterior, lo que debe hacer el nuevo propietario es detener el compartir de la carpeta y de esta manera el propietario original ya no tendra acceso y no la prodra borrar. Saludos
Hola cómo esta?, por favor necesito su ayuda, tengo un problema con mi app de Microsoft authenticator, desinstale la app y cuando la quise instalar no me deja iniciar sesión por qué me dice que me van a enviar el código de verificación a mi Outlook pero no me llega nada, por favor se lo pido de todo corazón, ayudé porque llevo dos días así y no quiero perder mi cuenta, disculpe la molestia y espero su respuesta xfa 🙏.
Hola Carlos, si no existe otra cuenta de administracion que pueda reiniciar MFA para tu cuenta, entonces debes llamar a soporte de Microsoft (asumiendo que la cuenta sea de Microsoft 365) y solicitar el reinicio de MFA para tu cuenta y puedas configurar tu tlf nuevamente. Saludos.
Thank you for your comment. I am not sure if you can purchase only Outlook since it is part of the Office Suite. For the Office suite you have different options, you can purchase it as a subscription (MS 365 Business apps or MS 365 Personal and Family plan). The other option is purchasing the Office Suite as the traditional package that you can buy at Office Depot, BestBuy or Staples. These are the options that comes to my mind at this moment. After putting my microsoft account for backup its now telling me to verify my account using gmail. Which is the option says i have a code or i don't have any of these. I cant get through to this so no backup or i dont know where can i get the code.
