Congratulations, beautiful! Just a note to let you know your RU-vid channel is being recognized in my Annual Premiere Video, "Ladies of Metal Detecting on RU-vid". It will air Friday, January 13th at 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. It is a great way to meet and connect with like minded detectorists, gaining new friends and possibly subscribers. We hope to see you at the celebration in chat. Deej 💜
Thanks for the feedback. Love the idea and it should be easy showing a cleaned up pic of finds. I forgot how soft silver is. Really neat to see how silver coins wear down.
hey guys didnt see yall today at ponce. prob. a good thing. 3 hard hours with my new CKG scoop .our should In say TRASH scoop. 3 trips to trash cans, witch is not really a bad thing, Iam about cleaning the beach. 10,25 and tent pole thing.still had fun. HAPPING HUNTING!!!
We’ve tried a few things. Save your receipt, Ckg will honor the warranty within one year. We used stainless steel hardware to reduce the wobble. I’ve thought about using marine grade epoxy to stiffen up the flex.
Nice meeting you too Todd. The club meeting are: Dog and Find Coinshooters and Historical Club will be on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 @ 7:30 PM. We meet at Fraternal Order of Eagles, 190 South Nova Road., Ormond Beach, Florida. Check out the Facebook page: Daytona Dig and Find The two club hunts a year are a lot of fun.
Hey guys! subbed. Just got back from a picnic with Warren, Lindsey, and Logan, he told me about your channel. I had my detector, and we were at Tom Rennick park. It was a friends get together. I didn't find anything but had fun. I'll be checking your vids. Good Luck and happy dirt fishing!
Awesome! Tom Rennick park is a great spot. It gets lots of tourists. There are days when we don’t find much either and then there are days when we find multiple rings! There is always a learning curve when using a new machine. Thanks for subbing.
@@thecouplethatdigstogether My brother and I are inland hunters we research old home sites. My oldest coin is an 1880 Indian head. We find lots of silver and artifacts. Found a nice "black horse troop" gold gilded belt buckle. That said my garret "AT PRO" does not work well in salt water. TOO many minerals. What make and model do you have? because I notice its nice and quiet around the minerals. I will be beach hunting when I retire in 14 months, and I need to switch units for the beach. I'm guessing you both have minelabs? Thanks!
Yes, we both have Minelab Equinox 800 machines. They warranty is second to none. Oldest coin I found was with my Simplex, 1918 Barber quarter. Go figure, each machine has different pros and cons. Equinox is a must have for saltwater treasure hunting.
@@thecouplethatdigstogether I'll be getting one for the beach when I retire. Are you putting proper tags on your vids? you should be getting much more views.
Hi Tanya, thanks for watching! Probably our best find was the class ring from 1987. Thecouplethatdigstogether.com has the story and interview. We usually find a ring or something of value every fifth time out.
