@deus_nsf I assume you're referring to the shotgun? The shotgun in original Halo 2 was easily the worst shotgun that's ever existed in Halo as a whole. This Mod basically makes it like the Halo CE shotgun, which was one of the best, and had range to it. So it's been improved greatly.

@elecman748 As far as I know, I don't think any AI has been changed. The only thing different in this Mod is the damage multiplier being removed on Legendary. That way, you don't die in like a millisecond like on vanilla Halo 2. According to the mod creator, at least. He made it more like Halo CE's Legendary, which, in my opinion, is the most fair as far as difficulty. But no, you can play it for yourself. The difficulty was never lowered at all in any video. Legendary isn't that hard on this Mod if you know what you're doing. In that time stamp you mentioned, that brute had already been damaged prior. I shot it multiple times in the head with the carbine, then my co-op partner hit it with a sword, and then finally, I finished it with a mauler. Brutes go berserk when close to death.

@nicolae-alexandruluca7853 The shield is different based on the difficulty. Enemies do more damage on higher difficulties, so they're going to drain the shield faster. Though with the tweak to Legendary, you don't die in a millisecond like in Original Halo 2, which is great. Since this Mod is going by the lore, that master chief never got the Mark VI upgrade. The shield recharge is slower, just like it is in Halo CE. For arbiter, his shield is actually better than chief's in this. You'll notice his recharge is a little faster.

@synthdriver8817 Yes, that's how the BR was originally intended to, a semi-auto rifle. At least that's what Bungie wanted it to be. Not sure why they changed to a 3-round burst. Interesting thing is, the Carbine is changed in this Mod as well. Un-zoomed is 3-round bursts, and zoomed in is semi-auto.

@drcgamer6 Yo that's cool. Ever since I watched the E3 demo I wanted that Semi Auto Battle Rifle. 343 needs to add it as a bonus weapon to MCC

@synthdriver8817 Well, that's technically the DMR. The DMR is basically the BR just a semi-auto version. There's a mod in Halo 3 I plan to cover later on that has both the DMR and the BR in it. So you can have both if you prefer. I personally like semi-auto more. It feels a bit more accurate to me, at least.

@JanustheXanus Health Packs were originally planned in Halo 2. Bungie experimented with regenerating health because they didn't want players to be stuck in a situation where they're faced with difficult encounters with low health. So they decided to make everyone have the same health going into a large fight. It would be like being at 1 bar of health for the entire game of Halo CE. Not good if you have a big fight coming up. But I honestly like the health pack idea. I think it should he like in Reach - you'll regen up to 3 bars of health, beyond that, you'll need a health pack.

I.ki da of miss playing Halo. I wouldn't play 5 because everything I saw is a total destruction of Halo as I know it.

@amerikanviking Yeah, I personally think Halo went downhill after Reach. I don't like Halo very much after the change to 343 industries. The story was not supposed to continue past Halo 3.

@2muchawardnessgaming391 Yes, all of these work in single-player as well. I just prefer to play co-op because it's a lot more fun, in my opinion. But yes, you just download it from the workshop, then play solo. Co-op is not required, just available if you want.

This Mod is made to resemble CE's design in Halo 2. So basically, you're getting a mixture of both games. As the CE Magnum & Assault Rifle are in the game as well. Overall, I think it's pretty cool. And not sure what you mean about the sounds. Sounds just fine to me at least. There are moments in Halo 2 that are very loud, so idk.
