Found one in a local shop and spent 3/4 of an hour going up and down it, carrying it around etc - it is a little on the heavy side but feels quite solid even at full height. They even let me try to fit it into the back of my ute - it did so I ended up buying it. Even on the sloping ground at home it still feels quite solid. I'm impressed.
Looks excellent. I've been using the the 4 - 7ft step ladder for a couple years pruning hedges and found it to be a versatile and stable platform to work from. Can't beat a platform for extended work times though which is why this looks good. I'll keep an eye out for one in the local shops.
