This video is full of factual errors and should in no way be relied upon if contemplating renting or purchasing in Damac Hills 2. Sadly many of the supposed pluses are actually in Damac Hills and not DH2. The surf pool has never opened, the boating lake never opened, and the lazy river closed for maintenance with no confirmed reopening date. The only go-kart track must be the main road circling DH2 that lots of motorists assume is ok to drive like you are actually on the race circuit. Equestrian centre ? More wishful thinking than reality. There is one supermarket, Carrefour, plus a mini market. Many of the video shots were not filmed in DH2. Why do people have to post such misleading videos? I can’t imagine.
Thank you for pointing out the factual errors and we were by no means looking to intentionally mislead Furthermore, I know a number of people have had bad experiences with Damac Properties salespeople who appear to be not straightforward, leading to large number of disgruntled buyers. If anyone else thinks I am a liar, then just ask anyone living in DH2 where the equestrian centre is, where the go-kart track and car museum are, and where all the supposed non-Carrefour supermarkets are? You can of course save yourself the long drive out to DH2 and Google it.
Please don’t kid yourself. Have you bought any property in Damac, No. Damac sales team and management is there to mislead people into investing and upon hand ever investors get a heart attack because how the properties are made . Damac is only there to cheat the investors. Damac is giving a bad name to U A E and the Rulers of that country should put them behind bars for destroying the name of UAE. Don’t believe me just go on trust pilot and check the reviews!
Be aware!Stay away from Damac hill, misleading sales staff and management, there is no high end finish, houses are made by cowboys, sales and marketing people will mislead you with their lies. Damac is such a shame for UAE . They are giving such a bad name for UAE and the rulers of Dubai. Please check their reviews on trust pilot and you will never even part with your money.
Damac do have reputation issues you are right. Their sales team bombard you and guarantee a rental yield on their properties, which is misleading, as there is no insurance if their rental yield does not reach this figure.

From a buying perspective, Damac Properties have informed me all properties come fully furnished. Also, all Damac Properties we have viewed from a buying perspective have been fully furnished, whether new builds or secondary market. You are not the only one with a very frustrating experience with Damac Properties. Yes I do agree they need to up their game.
Rental yields are not always low. Some investors have consistently achieved double digit net rental yields. At the same time, I feel your frustration for the lack of integrity from property consultants and developers.

Could you please tell me any particular areas you would like to be reviewed? Please look on Bayut and Propertyfinder.ae and you will see some townhouses in JVC at around AED 1.8M asking price. The asking and offer prices are significantly different from each other at the moment, therefore, you could bring townhouses of this asking price not far from AED 1.5M as a final negotiation.
