@Touchboards please how can I download and install EZWrite 4.1 on my BenQ RP553K IFP? The EZWrite 4.0 currently installed do not have most of the features demonstrated here. Thank you.
Unfortunately, this series is now discontinued, but it came preloaded with the Clear Touch Store, a branded, streamlined Android app store. If interested, you can view current Clear Touch models here: www.touchboards.com/clear-touch/interactive-screens/#/clear-touch/interactive-screens/interactive-screens/
Do either of these provide HDMI and USB output at the same time? So we could send HDMI to the display in the room and also send USB to the UC application for far end over a VC?
Hello, no unfortunately neither of these doc cameras can have multiple outputs going at the same time. We haven't come across one on the market that can, as most don't have this capability.
Hello, we don't currently have a video on the installation of the Evoko Liso, but the manufacturer has in-depth guides in installation and setup, which you can view here: support.meetevoko.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014969032
Omg this thing is more and more awsome sense the smartboard projectors we’re different then Epson and how they work differently then the Epson projectors
First, THANK YOU for providing intelligent commentary and refraining from the use of IDIOTIC background music. Second, thank you POINTING OUT that the USB-c port must be 3.1, NOT 3.0 like my Dell 15R3 Alienware. I wish I had found your post 3 hours ago!!!!👍👍👍👍

Does this automatically crop scanned documents and save them in sizes like 8.5 x 11? I would also like it to be able to save them black and white or gray. Really those are the key reasons other than image accuracy that I have preferred flatbed scanners for. That is especially true for me since when I was younger no cameras were available for this sort of thing. Digital cameras were still just a novelty item back then and their picture quality was quite poor even when they were new. I am quite pleased with how that has changed over the years. Really though those early cameras were mediocre. Of course we didn't have all of those things back then either. What I am really getting at is does this scan black and white documents without them needing a lot of extra processing? Like will it the software crop them to look as good as a document from a flatbed scanner? I want it to automatically omit the background the item being scanned is on. I realize it is an older camera from around 2017 but I found a really great price and I am wondering if I should get it. No, the listing doesn't say anything at all about it being broken or cables missing.
Hello, we don't believe scanned documents can be changed to specific colors and sizes through the document camera itself, but rather something that can be done when you transfer the image into word, or whatever software you're using. HoverCam has some great videos on all here if you're interested: www.hovercam.com/academy We hope this was able to help and have a great day!
I would not really call this 'hands-on'. This is more pointing at bits and describing it. It would be nice to plug something in and head how it sounds.
Hello, it should be backwards compatible, but I would check directly with the manufacturer to be sure, as we no longer carry the product. You can contact them here: en.j5create.com/pages/support

We are using a CSE 200+ connecting using Airplay with a MAC OS Computer. We are able share video content, but no audio is being shared. All audio settings on the MAC are set correctly. Is this a known issue? Do you know of an easy fix?
Hello! Unfortunatly, this is not a known issue for us. We recommend contacting Barco product support directly, here: www.barco.com/en/clickshare/support/clickshare-cse-200 We're sorry we couldn't be of more help!
