The schedule is challenging. Definitely not for everyone. Hard if you have a young family. But it also affords you many weekdays off to do do other things. Only work 14 days a month. I like to camp, ride bike, canoe etc. It is great to go in the middle of the week when everyone else is in school or at work!

He did not start Cardinal in his garage. Morrie Gordon was the founder, the company supplied insulated units to the Gordon Sash and Door Co., also founded by Morrie Gordon. Roger O. started at Cardinal Insulated Glass Co. when there were only 12 employees. He started in packaging in 1963 and by 1967 Mr. Gordon asked him to be president. The company has grown exponentially since then.
